HISTEK TEST: Selected Companies Ready to Start Project Activities

Following a highly engaging application process and strong interest from the business community, the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry has successfully completed the selection of companies that will take part in the activities of the HISTEK TEST – HIgh Specialized Technicians in KETs TEST project.

From among the applications received, the selected companies have confirmed their commitment to actively participate in the project, agreeing to the planned activities and to dedicate the necessary time and human resources to fully benefit from the opportunities offered by HISTEK TEST.

Through their participation, company representatives will have the opportunity to benefit from dedicated training activities for company trainers, the HISTEK Camp, Benchmarking Tours and Study Visits, as well as exchanges with companies and partner institutions in Italy, Albania and Montenegro. They will also contribute to focus groups and to the co-design and testing of the training model at EQF Level 5.

An important element of HISTEK TEST is the direct involvement of businesses in the development and testing of skills and training approaches responding to the real needs of industry, particularly in the fields of mechatronics and advanced maintenance. Companies will therefore not only be beneficiaries of the project activities, but active contributors to the development of a stronger cooperation model between businesses and vocational and technical education.

Participation in the project will also provide companies with opportunities for staff capacity building, internationalization, networking and benchmarking, while giving them access to experiences and methodologies developed within the cross-border partnership.

The Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry would like to thank all the companies that expressed their interest and applied through the Call for Interest, and congratulates the selected companies for their commitment and willingness to actively contribute to the project.

HISTEK TEST now enters a new phase: from the selection of companies to their active involvement in project activities and the practical testing of the business–education cooperation model.
