DERHE Newsletter | Edition 4 – December 2025
The fourth edition of the DERHE Newsletter presents the transition from the preparatory phase to the practical implementation of training programmes for students and company employees.
During the 2025–2026 academic year, courses are being delivered in Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, combining online learning with practical training at the Multifunctional Learning Centers. The programmes cover topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Lean management, project management, Industry 5.0, and energy efficiency. Their purpose is to equip students and professionals with knowledge directly connected to digital transformation and labour market needs.
In cooperation with the participating chambers of commerce, companies contribute to identifying training needs and aligning the programmes with real industry requirements. This edition also covers the Info Days organized at partner universities to present project opportunities and encourage the involvement of students, academic staff, and businesses.
