You’re through to an interview – congratulations!

But now for the stressful part, the interview itself. Butterflies in the stomach? We’ve all been there.

Many candidates fail to prepare correctly. They arrive at their interview with a minimum preparation. They make mistakes, give ineffectual answers, go blank, mumble and as e result they simply miss out the offer.

‘How to succeed in Job Interviews’ training is addressed to students entering the labor market or participants who want to improve their interview performance.

This session is designed to prepare participants for a recruitment process, introducing concepts which will equip them to develop their interview technique in any company they apply. It will help them to prepare appropriate competency-based questions for interviews and understand what interviewers are looking for in a strong candidate. In addition, they will learn how to best showcase their skills and some hints and tips in preparing for an interview.

We will fully prepare participants to have a good idea of the questions they will be asked in an interview in order to be able to answer confidently and successfully and how to overcome any weakness. Participants will develop their skills and learn how to excel in interviews.

All the courses materials will be provided by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana, as well as a certificate of successful participation by the end of the course.

The training fee is 20 euros. The number of the participants is limited.
