23 September 2026 | “Green Skills of Trainers” Workshop as Part of the RAPPORT Project

On 23 September 2026, the workshop “Green Skills of Trainers” was held within the framework of the RAPPORT – RoadMap for improving the quality and responsiveness of VET – Theory and Practice project, funded by the European Union. The workshop was facilitated by ASNOR and focused on the development of green competences and the integration of sustainability into vocational education and training.

The workshop addressed topics such as GreenComp and sustainability as transversal competences, values, fairness and nature in trainer activities, systems and critical thinking, adaptability, circular thinking, green practices in daily operations, as well as ways to transfer these approaches into VET practice.

Special attention was given to practical exercises and discussions on how trainers can connect sustainability concepts with real workplace situations, identify hidden environmental and social impacts, and propose concrete improvements in everyday activities.

The Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIT), as a partner in the RAPPORT project, participated in the workshop, continuing its commitment to supporting skills development, improving the quality of vocational education and training, and strengthening the link between VET and the real needs of the labour market.

The workshop represents another important step towards strengthening trainers’ capacities and promoting green competences as an integral part of vocational education and training.
