Why this format?
Innovation leads to the need for promoting human resource capacities, encouraging the young generation to invest in new technologies that increase the productivity and competitiveness of the “Made in Albania” trademark. For each entrepreneur innovation means; being ready to change and act without interruption by understanding the trends and predicting market demands.
Globalization stimulates the increase of competitiveness. In the global market are emerging new competitors, especially in low-cost countries. But also great opportunities to enter the global markets, and all this requires adequate structuring that comes by facing what is offered in the market.
