Projects

The Universal Postal Union, in 2021, investigated the reliability of postal services and published the report of the Integrated Index of Postal Development (2IPD) for 168 markets, in which the CEFTA markets are also included.

Reliability is expressed in points and evaluates the performance in terms of speed and predictability of delivery, in all segments of physical postal services.

The obtained results for reliability in postal services can be seen in the “E-commerce Data” module on the web platform www.ecommerce4all.eu.
