Promotion of the “ValueFacturing SMEs” Project

In a recent workshop held in June as part of the “Engagement” project under the Interreg IPA South Adriatic program, the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry highlighted the significance and primary objectives of the “ValueFacturing SMEs” project to interested stakeholders.

The initiative aims to enhance social dialogue and collective bargaining to improve labor market quality and boost the competitiveness of SMEs within global value chains.

By developing standardized procedures and guidelines, the project seeks to address research gaps related to working conditions in global value chains and provide tailored training for companies. Ultimately, the project aims to support production quality standards in the manufacturing sector through effective negotiation practices.
