The promotion of innovative activities, new approaches and best practices developed in different sectors by private and public entities, were some of the topics that were reflected in the workshop “Tendencies and innovative tools for the digital transformation of SMEs”. which was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tirana, within the INERRAnT Plus project.<\/p>\n
The core purpose of this project is to create an innovation community between Italy, Albania and Montenegro, to promote dialogue between the countries and improve cooperation.<\/p>\n
Of the Italian partners participating in the meeting, Antonio Martella, representative of Confindustria Lecce, while talking about the importance of this project, emphasized innovation and sustainability as an important relationship for a better future.<\/p>\n
“At this moment we are talking about a very important topic.\u00a0We are talking about the digital transition.\u00a0All together we can produce a final result useful for our future.\u00a0We all know how to use digital instruments, but very few know how they work.\u00a0Today, sustainability is becoming a pervasive element of innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n
Also present at this workshop was Mr. Agim Bufi, Director of the Albanian Confindustria, who showed how the pandemic gave an impulse to the digital transformation of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), which created the need to implement methods new in line with digital tools.<\/p>\n
“The crisis caused by COVID-19 gave a new form to the question: “What and how will a company change its agenda?”, he said.<\/p>\n
Ms.\u00a0Alma Kordoni, project manager at CCIT, spoke about the transition that entrepreneurs embraced during the pandemic crisis, accepting and applying technological methods for the smooth running of their business.<\/p>\n
“The INERRANT project is a collaboration between Italy, Albania and Montenegro.\u00a0Before the pandemic period, the business community was not so inclined to accept technological methods.\u00a0Small and medium-sized businesses had difficulty developing technology.\u00a0It was very difficult for them to absorb the new appliances.\u00a0These are difficulties that should be addressed before applying.”<\/p>\n
Among other things, Ms. Kordoni listed the problems that businesses continue to face.<\/p>\n
“During the implementation of the project, we saw that there is a need to increase the internal management of the business;\u00a0to increase the use of high-level digitization (4.0.);\u00a0collect data, strengthen infrastructural security;\u00a0to strengthen networking and sustainable cooperation.”<\/p>\n
Education models were also discussed in the workshop, where Mrs. Haneme Mata, from the Regional Directorate of Public Professional Training no.\u00a01 in the capital, spoke about the role of these centers in the labor market and the help offered for the integration of vulnerable persons.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, Mrs. Majlinda Dashi, focused on the commitment of the Career Counseling Office, which for two years has been developing activities through which children find the opportunity to understand their tendencies and potentials more clearly, with the aim of starting an education where they can give their best.<\/p>\n
The workshop ended with the promotion of businesses, whose representatives presented the qualities of their services, exchanging experiences with each other and creating collaborations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
