WHO CAN BENEFIT<\/p>\n
Beneficiaries of the training will be all employees belonging to the staff of the finance department responsible for fiscal reporting and preparation of financial statements.<\/p>\n
This training will help participants to gain knowledge on how to manage tax risk in business, know the rights and obligations of taxpayers, how they can and should protect themselves and what the taxpayer should know before the audit tax.<\/p>\n
Will help them with the Law on Income Tax and Personal Income Tax.<\/p>\n

LECTURER:<\/p>\n
1.Arben Hasani<\/p>\n
Arben Hasani has a consolidated experience of tax legislation in Albania, interpretation of fiscal laws and VAT, an advisor to domestic and foreign clients.<\/p>\n
He has also been involved in various projects by providing fiscal consultancy on issues related to corporate taxes, tax procedures, VAT, other direct and indirect taxes<\/p>\n
Has experience in Trainings since 2017, in the field of Trainings related to legal changes in the regional directorate.<\/p>\n
He has also conducted many Trainings with Private Studio Parid.<\/p>\n
It has also provided accounting, tax and tax consulting services as well as full support to various companies during VAT refund procedures, tax audits and litigation.<\/p>\n
2.Prof. Artur Papajani<\/p>\n
The training will be led by Prof. Artur Papajani, one of the best experts in the Taxpayers Service<\/p>\n

METHODOLOGY<\/p>\n
Implementation of legislation, Tax Procedures through discussion of concrete cases in practice, based on the Profile of each Participating Company<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The duration of the Training will be 2 days, June 30 & July 1<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The training will be organized at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tirana.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Depending on your requirements, the Training will be organized physically and online, for those who will not be physically.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
PAYMENT:<\/p>\n
The fee for participation in the training is 60 Euros, which includes all work materials and certificates at the end of each training<\/p>\n
