{"id":14859,"date":"2020-04-08T08:32:29","date_gmt":"2020-04-08T08:32:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cci.al\/?p=14859"},"modified":"2020-04-08T08:32:32","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T08:32:32","slug":"statute-of-the-chamber-of-commerce-and-industry-of-tirana-region-albania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cci.al\/en\/statute-of-the-chamber-of-commerce-and-industry-of-tirana-region-albania\/","title":{"rendered":"Statute of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana Region &#8211; ALBANIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Assembly, in its last\nmeeting, approves the rules and procedures for the election\nof the new Assembly,\nwhich are drafted and proposed by the Presidency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Assembly&#8217;s Competences<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Assembly defines the\nmain directions of the Chamber&#8217;s activity and also controls and issues\nthe respective acts, provided for in the law and this Statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Assembly, in particular, has these competences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reviews and defines the main\ndirections of the Chamber&#8217;sactivity.<\/li><li>Approves the statute with its amendments\nand forwards\nthem for approval by the responsible\ntrademinister.<\/li><li>Elects from the members,\nthrough special secret polls, the presidency, the Chamber&#8217;s president,\nthe Chamber&#8217;s representatives in the Union\nof Chambers&#8217; Assembly,aswellasthemembersoftheauditingcommission.<\/li><li>Defines the remuneration policies and procedures for the Chamber&#8217;s presidentand<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the auditing commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Approves the Chamber&#8217; s annual budgetprogram.<\/li><li>Inspects and approves the annual report of the Chamber&#8217;s general and financial activities.<\/li><li>Approves the annual membership feesize.<\/li><li>ApprovesdifferentactsforproperfunctioningandorganizationoftheChamber.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 8 Assembly&#8217;s Functioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Assembly&#8217;s meetings can be usual and unusual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Assembly is gathered to a usual\nmeeting at least once a year, during March, for the\napproval of the draft budget and the coming year program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting is summoned by the president, with the request of the Chamber&#8217;s presidency, which defines also the agenda of the meeting of the assembly.\nIf the\npresident,within15daysfromthereceptionofrequest,failstoconvenetheassembly, then the Chamber&#8217;s presidency has the right\nto summon the assembly itself, by announcing the date, time, place and the agenda of the meeting. The delivery of\nthe materialsand thenotificationforthemeetingdateisdoneatleastoneweekbeforethe scheduled date. This notification, including\nthe meeting information materials,\ncould also be done in an\nelectronic way through internet, at the Chamber&#8217;s official\nwebsite. The meeting of\nthe representative assembly is chaired by the President of the Chamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The assembly is gathered to an unusual\nmeeting with the\npresident&#8217;s and\/or\npresidency&#8217; s request, or that of 1\/3 of its members. The unusual meeting agenda is developed by the request party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the president, within 15 days from the reception of the\nrequest of the above defined entities, fails to gather the assembly, then the requesting party has the\nright to summon the assembly itself, by announcing the date, time,\nplace and the meeting agenda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Assembly, in its last meeting, approves the rules and procedures for the election of the new Assembly, which are drafted and proposed by the Presidency.
