In the context of the partnership in the Project \u201cBRE\u201d \/ Code. 230, Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro 2014-2020, the CCIhas lunched the call upon their need on external expertise needed, in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c<\/strong>External expertise for the design, development and maintenance of the platform as well as for the production of its manual\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.      Instructions to tenderers and contract notice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.      Draft Contract Agreement and Special Conditions with annexes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tender must comprise of a Technical offer and a Financial offer, which must be submitted in separate envelopes . Each Technical offer and Financial offer must contain one original, clearly marked \u2018Original\u2019<\/strong>, and 1 copy marked \u2018Copy\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interested candidates are invited to submit their application in a sealed envelope indicating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a)         the address for submitting tenders indicated above;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b)        the reference code of the tender procedure<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c)         the words \u2018Not to be opened before the tender-opening session\u2019 and equivalent phrase in Albanian \u201cMos te hapet perpara fazes se hapjes se ofertave te tenderit\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
