{"id":14834,"date":"2019-11-20T10:12:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-20T10:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cci.al\/?p=14834"},"modified":"2019-11-20T10:12:33","modified_gmt":"2019-11-20T10:12:33","slug":"jaka-the-capital-market-is-a-necessity-for-albanian-entrepreneurship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cci.al\/en\/jaka-the-capital-market-is-a-necessity-for-albanian-entrepreneurship\/","title":{"rendered":"Jaka: The capital market is a necessity for Albanian entrepreneurship"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>FSA\nlaunches Global Investor Week with representatives of CCIT member businesses\nand market associations<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana and the\nFinancial Supervisory Authority organized today, on September 30, 2019, an\ninformative meeting with representatives of the member businesses of the\ninstitution and the underlying markets associations, in the framework of the Global\nInvestor Week activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his speech, FSA Chief Executive Officer, Mr.\nErvin Koci emphasized the importance of involving businesses in the capital\nmarket, as a very good opportunity not only to secure financing but also to\ncontribute directly to the economic development of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCurrently, the ratio of loans credited to deposits\nin the banking sector is below 50%, which means that deepening the financial\nmarket through the development of the capital market is a necessity for the\ncountry&#8217;s economic development. The deepening of the financial sector will\ncontribute not only to the utilization of unused resources towards the sectors\nof the real economy, but also to the increase of financing alternatives and the\nreduction of costs for the business as a whole \u201d, said Mr. Koci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of\nTirana, Mr. Nikolin Jaka, said that the capital market instruments are a\nnecessity today, in order for Albanian business to be as competitive as possible\nin the age of globalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Global Investor Week (September 30 &#8211; October 6) is\norganized in all countries adhering to the International Organization of\nSecurities Commissions (IOSCO), with awareness raising and information\nactivities related to the capital market, investment funds and pensions\nprivate.
