BRE project, by exchanging and improving\nexperiences among Italian, Albanian and Montenegrin BRs on 3 levels:\nlegislative (laws, actors involved, policies), operational (process\nmanagement), technology (software, hardware, outputs). Countries with efficient\ne-registries tend to have a shorter incorporation timeframes, fewer\nbureaucratic procedures, a lower cost of entry, a significant role in\nfacilitating business creation. So, creating a transnational platform to link\nnational BRs, the BRE project will empower Chambers of Commerce, Ministries and\nIT providers (policies, process management, IT instruments); but above all SMEs\n(cross-border partner searching, legality, competitiveness).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basic output of the project is 1) The Partner Query Platform, in\nwhich the 3 BRs will be joint. These registries are (and remain) property of\nthe Public Institutions involved in BRE and they record existing companies, but\ncan be adequately consulted by an on-demand query and deliver partners list,\nfor instance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) BRE will be a map of existing repositories and database of business\ninformation, favoring the integration between them with unique classification\ncriteria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) The third main output is the analysis of the existing legislation\nsystems. BRE will provide a white paper proposal for the unification of\nbusiness registration system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4) The other main output will be the capacity building actions addressed\nto Public institutions and mostly training session both virtual and front-end\naddressed to companies, fostering the possibility to create value collaborating\nand innovating at CB level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P<\/strong><strong>roject relevance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Territorial challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Good Business Registries can improve business environment, by\nfacilitating information access, providing transparency and accuracy of data,\nreducing costs and strengthening efficiencies for SMEs, decreasing the\npublic-sector cost of maintaining registries, providing a better tool for\nmarket surveillance, business monitoring and competitiveness, since information\nleads to dynamism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project deals\nwith <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besides Albania and Montenegro have an ancient story of commercial\nrelations. It means those territories and business environments are born to\nwork together, but should be &#8220;educated&#8221; and helped on the means to be\nused: transparent, certain, on demand, effective, ICT-oriented. In addition,\ntheir policies should accompany this empowerment properly. Through the\nestablishment of BRE Platform and through tailored training and dissemination\nactions, will provide long-term instruments addressed for companies in order to\nincrease SMEs collaboration and competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooperation reason: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cross border cooperation is particular relevant\nbecause there are already trans-regional experiences of bilateral character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Development\nactions will be done in Italy, Albania, and Montenegro and for the operations\nat transnational level. BRE will generate benefit for the CB community,\nimplementing activities within BRE Project.
