Visit of the president of the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Jaka, to the Marche region, Italy
The chairman of CCI-Tirana, Mr. Nikolin Jaka, held important institutional meetings in the Marche region on April 21-22, 2023, precisely in the city of Ancona, with the Chamber of Commerce of this region, as well as with the Regional District Council of Marche in Ancona.
The delegation of the Chamber of Commerce of Tirana, headed by the President Mr. Nikolin Jaka, and composed of Mrs. Aris Tasho, director of External Relations at the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Ylli Ujka, president of the Albanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Italy, Mr. Albert Mecaj, representative of the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the region of Marche- s, was received at “Palazzo delle Marche” by the delegation of President Latini.
This successful working visit was made possible by the representative of CCIT in this region, Mr. Albert Mecaj.
Given the fact that Albania is already seen as a market of interest for the Marche region, Vice President Salvatore Giordano expressed support for strengthening cooperation between the two institutions, especially in relation to cross-border training projects involving students and young entrepreneurs from both countries.
President Jaka and Vice President Giordano signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at promoting and developing cooperation between companies in the two territories, undertaking to establish and maintain contacts and provide mutual information on issues of commercial and economic cooperation, especially regarding policies incentives for investments and for the development of SMEs.
During the meeting, an open invitation was also left to welcome the leaders of the Marche Chamber of Commerce and the entrepreneurs of this region, to see the real investment opportunities in Albania.
President Jaka’s visit to Ancona ended with a meeting at the Marche Regional District Council, where Mr. Jaka was also welcomed by the regional councilor, Mrs. Lindita Elezi, whose achievements he described as a positive example in the progress of Albanians in the neighbour country turning into models of success.
“The interaction between peoples based on honour , respect and integration, I believe is a value in building social good because it feeds a virtuous cycle. This is what happened between our two countries, which today find themselves making a further step in quality, together, towards the future”, said Mrs. Elezi.
