Second Steering Committee Meeting: Discussion & Approval of Internal Documents.

CCIT participated on the second Steering Committee meeting which was hosted online on Zoom Platform by (Mediterranean Center – Mediterranean University of Albania (MUA) as project leader and SCiDEV and with the participation of 11 other SC members from other project partners.
Main topic of this meeting ëas Discussion & Approval of Internal Documents.
Meeting started with Welcome Speech from Prof. Assoc. Dr. Nevila Xhindi, USIA Project Manager, on behalf of the Mediterranean University of Albania and the project team. She thanked the participants for attending the online second Steering Committee meeting of Erasmus + project in Capacity Building in Higher Education, “University to Society Innomediaries in Albania: Co-Production of knowledge and research that matters” a project co-funded by the Erasmus + programme of the European Union
Prof. Assoc. Dr. Nevila Xhindi emphasized that in this virtual second Steering Committee meeting is important to discuss and approve 3 very important documents for the life and implementation of the project. All SC members have received the internal documents in advance and had time to go through them.
The internal documents after being approved, will be further sent for approval from EU Desk Project Officer in Brussels.
All the partnership agreements are signed by each partner and countersigned by the LP.
By end of the presentation session, Project Management and risk plan; QAP and Dissemination and Communication ëere approved from PSC.
Was suggested that is necessary for the well ongoing of the project another PSC meeting should be organized within April and also that each of the partners have to organize an internal Kick of Meting within their institution.
