Participants should be able at the end of the training to understand and use in their work: Construction of labor legislation, its constituent parts, the rights and obligations of the parties in an employment relationship, legal sanctions provided in case of violation of law, prevention and treatment of individual conflicts at work, observance of the law in hiring and firing of employees, analysis of the individual employment contract in its practical aspect, recognition and acquisition of legal and practical elements of the constituent parts of legislation as well as the most important legal elements and their effects related to the creation, functioning and termination of the employment relationship / individual employment contract without financial or legal consequences.Labor inspection processes and rules on occupational safety and health as two of the most important processes of overseeing the implementation of labor legislation.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

A 2-day training of 4 hours a day (from 16.00-20: 00). Presentations, group discussions, group work and group presentations. Use of business cases, participation in concrete cases by trainers. An approach where trainers and participants will share their concrete examples and experiences

WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES

Beneficiaries of the training can be company lawyers or their administrators, natural persons who have a significant number of employees or managers of medium-sized businesses, human resource managers, company economists, as well as students or graduates in the field of law. or economics to create a practical perspective on labor legislation and its implementation in practice.

First day (1)

  1. Composition and importance of labor legislation in practice
  2. Legal aspects of building an employment relationship (company-employee)
  3. Supervision of labor legislation and the consequences of its violation
  4. Occupational inspection and safety and health at work

Day Two (2)

  1. Legal and practical aspects of concluding an employment contract
  2. Procedure and documentation for terminating the individual employment contract
  3. Important elements of the composition of individual contracts
  4. Terms and duration of individual employment contracts

LECTURER: Ledio Milkani (Lawyer & Legal Consultant for Business Organizations)

Ledio Milkani, the founder and administrator of “Praktikë Juridike ” has completed higher studies abroad with a degree in MSc in Legal Sciences. He has worked as a legal and labor relations expert in public administration. He has worked in several central institutions (among them the Ministry of Labor).

He has been part of the civil service, member of commissions, committees, boards and various working groups for the preparation and implementation of Albanian legislation in the field of labor, employment and professional training, labor inspection, legislation for foreigners, for private agencies of employment, conventions of the International Labor Organization, European Union legislation, European Social Charter, Convention on the Rights of the Child, UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods, insurance legislation, private pensions, etc. He was a member of the negotiating team for the signing of the SAA (Stabilization and Association Agreement) from 2003-2006 for (Chapter on Social Affairs and Labor Relations). Trainer certified by PATI (Public Administration Training Institute today (ASPA).

He is a lawyer licensed since 2006 and has worked as a Legal & Business Advisor for various companies,  a legal expert of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Albania and various employers’ organizations and various trade unions. He has been part of the management boards in various companies, managers in legal departments, etc.

He is currently the founder and Administrator of ” Praktikë Juridike ” Legal training company for lawyers, Partner at the Law Office Damiani & Partners shpk and Head of the Legal Department at KADIU sh.a and “Kadiu Grup”.

PAYMENT:

The fee for participation in the training is 8500 ALL, which includes all work materials and certificates at the end of the training. For CCIT membership this training costs 20% less than the standard value.
