REQUIRED LEVEL OF DEDICATION:
Candidates – aspiring to enter Human Resources must have a general education not lower than the Bacheloir level; Current HR employees or similar functions at a beginner or intermediate level who want to do in companies where HR training such as ToT comes from.
COURSE DEVELOPMENT:
Participation is limited. This module includes interactive forms of alternative lecture work, direct personal consultation, (oneself ) online and direct testing; group work, coaching sessions during the training meeting and online support (one month) after the training meeting during the compilation of the personal development plan for 2019 from the training. Frequent engagement in “role play” will reflect specific tasks in real module situations in the business / organization. “AC homework from this training is a Development Action Plan for each targeted participant to enable the implementation of concrete and measurable change in human resource management in the business / organization where the candidate comes from, aiming to increase the efficiency of the candidate and enrich the business with basic structural documents of Human Resources. The training time is very intense, with full concentration as well as entertaining at the same time.

LECTURER
Elida Motro-Iljazi Ph.D, is the CEO and founder of the company “EMI Coaching and Consulting”, (www.emi-cc.com) a firm committed to improving the performance of individuals and teams in the labor market.
Elida continues her doctoral research studies in Vienna, Eisenstadt University of Applied Sciences in the field of Human Resource Management.
This came after earning a Master-Certificate from Cornell University in New York for Human Resources Studies, as well as a Master in Marketing at the University of Economics in Tirana and a BA degree from the University of Tirana. In 2016-17 she was a lecturer and contact point for Albania for the international program of the Swedish government for the development of the private and public sector, a program initiated and implemented for 15 years by SIDA, SIPU and JARSKOG CONSULT with participants from 5 European countries.
Elida brings more than 25 years of experience in training, consulting, Human Resource management, and management experience in a wide range of industries, organizations, and sectors. Elida’s expertise covers a range of topics, with a particular focus on strategic programs in business development and people performance management.
In addition to years of direct management of her two businesses, Elida has served as Director of the Department of Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility at an international microfinance institution.
Elida offers consulting services in the international and regional market in the field of strategic management of senior staff, selection and development of senior and middle staff and specific programs for human resources such as interviewing skills development, staff retention, consulting in career, the matrix of return on investment of human resources, in communication, increasing the effectiveness of the workforce, and increasing diversity.
Elida is a dynamic public lecturer and has spoken at national and international conferences on business management and human resources issues.
PAYMENT:
